4.6 3v keepers?

Alright so I’m trying to install the comp cams beehive springs on my 2005 ford mustang gt(4.6L 3V) and they didn’t come with new keepers or retainers. So I found the retainer to them but the stock keepers will NOT fit they are way to small does anyone know what the part number is for the comp cams keepers here’s the springs and retainers that I have with part number. Thanks!

I tried it and the hole on the retainers are wayyyy to big they just go straight thought the keepers

I think the retainers you need are Comp # 710-24. They are for stock size valve stems and use the stock ford keepers.

I ended up putting the stock ones on but not sure if they will work I think they will as I saw a bunch of people run the springs like this

I understand the stock retainers are powdered metal and the Comp retainers are forged steel. Will the stock retainers handle the force of the 26-113 springs?

That’s my thought too I still need to research but I think it’s better to be safe then sorry so might just order the retainers that are made for the beehive springs at this point
