Really need some help please first mustang

Hello everyone I have a 2008 Ford mustang GT I just recently bought it and I had it for 2 weeks and now a little wrench is popping up on my dash and the car falls on its face I don't know if it had any upgrades done to this car but I do know it's running really rich and before this happened it had water coming out of the passenger side floorboard does anybody know how to fix this please so I took it to auto zone and they put it on there code scanner p0020 .p0102. P0135.p0141.p0155.p0161.p0443.p0446.p02008

All of these codes point are in the following wire diagram. The common thing they have is a ground. Is it a ground issue or alternator issue?

I'm un sure what the issue is but it's leaving me walking with kids and I just need my mustang to run it's a v8 4.6

Check passenger side carpet, is it completly dry?

Any trouble with starting? Ever need to jump start it?

Thats not good. You need to clear the cowl drain now. Electronics (SJB) cannot be wet.

test the alt for A/C ripple bleeding over the D/C side,if this happen it will throw ghost codes,that way to many codes all at once
