Alright so I have the wrench light on and my car won't go over 3500 RPM. I've changed the Throttle body, PCM, intake, Fuel Pressure Sensor, front O2 sensors, Accelerator Pedal, Spark plugs, spark plug wires, MAF sensor, I even took my tune off to see if that changed anything yet I'm still at a loss on figuring this out. Same with the shop, they can't figure it out either. The wrench light doesn't turn on and the car doesn't go into limp mode while in park. The wrench light comes on and it goes into limp mode as soon as I put it in reverse or drive. Very rarely I can start it up and drive it to town (12 min drive) without it going into limp mode but as soon as I turn it off then turn it back on and start driving it goes straight into limp mode again. Also when I have my foot off the accelerator the rpm's start to fluctuate sometimes. Any help with this problem would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

CODES: p0141 p0161 (I’m not worried about the rear O2 sensor codes I’m running long tube headers with an xpipe so no O2 bungs to install them at the moment), p0452 (consistent code it never goes away), p0642 (this code isn’t a consistent code it comes and goes), p061b (this code comes on when the wrench light comes on and the car is in limp mode)

I’ve been dealing with this problem for a few months and it’s been a headache. I’d really appreciate any advice on what to do. I always try and do my work on my car myself but I need your help. I can’t do this in my own. Any advice, suggestions, comment it all helps. Thanks everyone.
