Limp mode problems

Make sure you are monitoring the correct MAF parameter. You want 'MAF volts' change with rpm/throttle input, just to see if MAF working.
So the reading my scanner gives me for the MAF is g/s (grams per second). I truly don’t even know what that means.

Grams of Air per second. Which is the converted value of the raw MAF data. Maf volts is raw analog sensor data.

I guess my question is, how do I properly diagnose the wire if it’s only throwing limp mode sometimes and not right after start.

I know there's a fuse in the engine bay fuse box that powers the MAF if you haven't checked it yet but I cant remember the number. check it out and if its making a good connection and not burned.
