yea I got the last 2 letters switched...sorry
Here are the numbers right off the springs for those that want to go parts hunting...
front 6R33 5310-FA ( weird)
rear 5R33-5560-AC
Those are the CJ springs front and rear

Thanks for confirming! I bought four springs for $35shipped on the collective, and ended up with the correct rears.

Can anyone confirm if the fronts are stock GT springs?

If the front springs turn out to be stock GT springs, what about trying stock V6 front springs on our cars since we are lighter than the CJ with its blown 5.4. What is everones thoughts on this???

CJ´s are 3,200 lbs If I remember correctly ...

well they are NOT coil overs ( well to the extent that we know coil overs.) The springs are made exactly like the stock springs. They are not the old school coil over spring...but they seem lighter than the stock ones...

The spring code portion of the vehicle certification
(VC) label identifies both the front and rear springs.
The first set of characters listed indicate the front
spring code. The second set of characters indicate
the rear spring code.
Front Springs
• AA — 6R33-5310-AA
• BB — 6R33-5310-BA
• CC — 6R33-5310-CA
• DD — 6R33-5310-DA
• FF — 6R33-5310-FA
• GG — 6R33-5310-GA
Rear Springs
• AA — 5R33-5560-AC
• BB — 5R33-5560-BC
• CC — 5R33-5560-CC

Rear Springs: Mustang V6
Front Brakes: Mustang V6
Struts: Ford Racing Adjustable
Shocks: Ford Racing Adjustable
rear control arm: Ford Racing Specific
Front and rear wheels: Bogart


Seems that the shock struts are stated on page 4 M-18000-C

Are thos made by Tokico ?

I cant figure why they would put V6 brakes on the front...makes no sense considering the bogart wheel will clear the GT brakes

Where did you find the part number on the CJ springs? I looked at mine and didnt see them.

GG-6R33-5310-GA,fronts
BB-5R33-5560-BC,rears
