I just ordered a set of Cobra Jet springs for the front and rears.
Recommended for drag racing only.

These might be the best springs out there for our cars on the strip.

I think they lower the car about 3/4" in the rear and 1/2" in the front.
Good for weight transfer.

At one point in time there was a parts and price list on here but I paid very little attention to it. So... how much were the springs?

Um.... IIRC, in 5.0 and other mags, I had seen that they run on v6 springs. can't find it right now cause I'm not on the shitter, but I'll check later. If they work for you, bad ass! :beerchug2:

May issue of 2009, in the specs about the car, it says under front and rear springs, mustang v-6, but in another line it states it has "drag-race" springs. Something smells fishy when they're that price and ford charges about 225 or so for lowering springs. they could just be v-6 take offs. i could be wrong though...:helpme:

Doesn't say anything about lowering the car front or rear.

Sure do look like black painted Eibach drag springs.

Regardless, the price is good and they seem to work really well for the Cobra Jets. So that is what persuaded me. I can get them a little cheaper if anyone wants a group buy. I just would need to know who would pay 10.00 cheaper so maybe I can get a group buy started. 63.00. I would just have to check with a friend of mine and see if he would do it. That is what I paid for them.

does anyone know the ride quality for these on the street or if they handle any better? Or are they strictly drag springs?

The FRPP catalog had some verbiage "Drag Race Only" I'd guess that they are pretty soft for the rear end.
