Matt did you get your APR bits and pieces? I just got my carbon console, gauge clusters, and a custom splitter. Wondering if i should even weigh the stock and carbon pieces. LOL. they are absolutely featherweight.

Ill probably be getting Precison shaft Carbon Driveshaft and Recaro Profi seats soon so ill weigh those once i get them as well.

I just weighed my JPC intake and it weighs about 22 1/2 pounds. Not sure if someone already posted the weight for one yet so sorry if it's a repost

In the past month i spent only $750 bucks and Ive cut 198lbs out of my race weight

Bogarts with tires $500 - Saves me 128lbs over my street rim setup that ive been using at the track

Summit Seats - $250 - Saves me about 50lbs over the stockers

20lbs of personal weight haha

My current race weight should be 3829. much better

wow thats amazing.

I cant decide what to do next. What would be the best bang for the buck in terms of $/weight savings for a future road racer.

Im thinking bucket seats shaves off a lot plus seats are somewhat cheap.

I wanna go lexan but i dont understand why its illegal. I heard they stand up better than glass?

I just found the company that makes a carbon fiber roof for the s197. Its seen on the GItten formula D mustang. But I just hate that roof scoop.

They also sell a carbon hood thats 8lb and a carbon trunk thats 7lb for s197.

or how about going carbon fenders from roush. take off like 10-12 lbs. you get 15% off the purchase now.
