This makes me sad. I was convinced Procharger was the best possible centrifugal blower company I could go with.

Maybe time to dream about something else...

I still have no regrets. Everybody has atleast one complaint about there F/I setup...be it, ease of draining oil, installation difficulty, lack of power, quickness of things going out, intake shape (vortec), piping, ect...

join me my brothas! Together the truth will set us free and maybe there will be a fix found. Maybe some tuners can weigh in.

D1SC procharger tuned by Eric Brooks...Zero start up issues. I usually wait the 20 seconds for my WB sensor to heat up and start reading, and by then I can drive the car without an issue.

I'm going through him now, just waiting to see the remote tuning thing works. I was going to see if he could work with a local shop, but having 2 tuners do a car is like asking a wife for a 3-way.. haha

I have the diablo sport on there - and the tune uploaded with my sct tuner...if that makes sense.

On start up, it is guaranteed the car will just cut off after a 3 min idle run if no gas is given.

Don't be scared of the amazing procharger, one of my buddies just popped in one a few weeks earlier with a similar set up from the same shop and has had no issues at all.

I have the same setup as the OP, installed and tuned by the same shop.

I havent experienced any of his issues- once the car is started, I dont get a single hiccup. Actually, the car idles better than it did before as strange as that sounds.

The one issue that I have is, when the car sits for a week, I get in, turn the key to on, wait for the fuel pump to come on, then turn the key to start the car, and it seems like the car starts but its a lot harder for it to turn the blower. Its really freaky, and will make me shut the car off, and then restart it. When i restart it, it'll chug along a bit and then start right up. Its hard to explain in words.... I think its more a weak battery/alternator than the procharger itself.

Sean, they changed your plugs? You have the EXACT same setup as me, aside from the other mods. Did you do the delete plates or no?

Fixed...for now :)

Tuner took a second look and now she idles strong at 1k, cold or hot. He just had to raise the rpms to like 1.5k. He said it was "strange" and normally he sets them at only 8 or 900.
