I had a coolant leak coming from the timing chain cover, ended up replacing the gasket, cover, water pump. It was also leaking from the thermostat housing so that along with the thermostat was replaced. After all was said and done she was sluggish to start and died soon after, I was getting no throttle response. Going down the rabbit hole, I replaced the coil pack, ignition wires, spark plugs, fuel filter, throttle position sensor, crank position sensor, mass air flow sensor. I ended up pulling the wiring harness and shooting all wires which were good. Starter fluid did not improve the condition as it kept getting worse. Drivers side bank of cylinders seems to not be producing power. Since than I have not been able to get her to idle, even rough. She will crank and die right as she's starting. Before maintenance she was running fine just with the coolant leak. Looking for help, what direction I should go in/what could be causing the issues.
P.S: I didn't touch the timing at all only replacing the cover.
P.S: She was throwing throttle body codes, P0223, P0122, P0113

When you replaced the coil pack and wires did you connect them properly? One side is in numerical order (driver I think) but the other side is not and it is a common mistake when connecting it back up. Is the coil pack OEM or aftermarket? People have had issues with the aftermarket coil packs over the years.

You don't mention what you have done to fix the throttle body codes.

I have double checked and they are connected in the right order. The coil pack is OEM however the ignition wires are not.
As far as the throttle body codes go, I replaced the TPS, I didn't go too far into it as I'm not sure if that could be causing the issues I'm experiencing and apart from removing and installing the throttle body, I didn't mess with it at all. I wasn't getting any codes previously.

P0223 - Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch 'B' Circuit High
P0122 - Low input signal coming from the Intake Air Temperature (IAT) sensor 1 circuit
P0113 - Intake Air Temperature (IAT) Sensor 1 Circuit is reporting a high input

If your car acts up after maintenance it's likely due to something you touched, removed, damaged or failed to reinstall properly. From what you describe as initial symptoms after the water pump repair sounds like the wiring or connector to the throttle body/IAT sensor failed or was damaged (short/open); and maybe a B+/ground wire problem (slow cranking). Unfortunately, there are so many new variables it might be best to get it into a dealer for a diagnostic. That said the codes say throttle body/pedal position/IAT sensor signal issues.

If you want to continue troubleshooting maybe this will help:

DTC's: https://iihs.net/fsm/?d=10&f=Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) Charts and Descriptions.pdf
Pinpoint Tests: https://iihs.net/fsm/?d=11
Powertrain Control: https://iihs.net/fsm/?d=5

Unfortunately, the online manual is not complete and some sections are not in order so if you run into that issue let me know and maybe I can find it in my paper manuals.
Good luck.
