Gt500 rear bumper

Picked this bumper up but never got around to installing it. Was holding it for a guy but he wasn't able to get his money so I am going to put it for sale. He offered 400 for it so I'll take that. I'll upload pics when I get home. It's black but needs to be painted. It's scratched and scuffed up from sitting in a paint shop for 2 years.

danm dude i need a new rear bumper and want a gt/cs or gt500 and i ben hopein to find one painted black but now i dont have the danm money.i do have a set of flowmasters and a o/r h pipe.post sum pics and if your interested maby we could work out a deal.

in the last pic u can see the bad spot. it isnt onto the poly its just cracking paint and clear coat.



as far as what i would trade for, equal deal for exhaust or exhaust plus cash. shoot me a pm with whatever. thanks.


the bumper is still dirty in the pics, that is exactly how i got it.

Appears to be a Shelby GT bumper or off of a California Special.

The guy that owns the body shop drives a gt500 so I'm assuming it came from it. He put a UGLY bodykit on it. He already sold the front before I could get it!!!!

no they dont. they are slighty different, well the gt500 is...

this one is NOT a gt500, its a shelby gt or a gt/cs

gt500 doesnt have color matched sides.

gt/cs or shelby gt has color matched sides.

he re-painted this bumper. thats why its cracking in that spot. this guy owns a body shop and changes his stuff out all the time.

not saying he didnt repaint it. but that part that goes down the side is no longer textured and it was never a gt500 bumper

its really not that big of a deal its actually better that it is a sheblygt or gt/cs bumper cause it will match a gt side skirts. where as if it was a gt500 bumper it wouldnt match.

yeah its the same bumper just painted different. when he put that hideous bodykit on he tried to use the front and sides from that kit and keep this back so he redid it all. then eventually put the matching rear on. and it wasnt too bad, i dont remember what rear he switched to but it was similiar.

either way it needs repainted so paint it how ever

I dont know or care about part numbers but i know the bumpers are slightly different. The gt500 has textured sides to match the textured side skirts.

gt/cs has PAINTED sides with a smooth side to allow it to be PAINTED to match the PAINTED side skirts of a gt/cs or shelby gt....

but hey what do i know i mean i have had both bumper and i KNOW there is a difference and have seen the diffference.
