Always "Amazed" by what Brenspeed will do for their Customers ...

Hi Everyone,​

I could just not even tell this Story but I think that would not speak well for myself.​

So the Story goes like this about what I personally would call an outstanding Vendor.​

I get an E-Mail & Phone Call from BRENSPEED

(Brent White) and he ask if I mind if he sends George down with the​

BRENSPEED enclosed trailer and picks up the "tigermachine".
You that know me immediately I ask do what Dawg ?
Brent says if you are not really driving your Bullitt I would like to try some different things out and use your Bullitt.
It has the B302 and the Saleen Supershaker plus has around a (Thousand-Miles) on it.
So it is ready for some Testing if you can give it up for awhile.​

That said it all to me so George this morning showed up to pick-up the Bullitt.​

Hey blame The-Wife-Unit (Cathy) she is the one that bought me the new 12.1 Sony Camera for XMAS.​

I know you all are now maybe wondering what in the World is going to be done now at BRENSPEED.
I would tell you in a Heart Beat but honestly at this point in time I really do not know.
I just signed off with Brent to do whatever and let me know when it is done.​

One thing I should perhaps just mention before I Post the Pictures.
I did get with Chandler and we did decide on a few Changes to the "Looks" department.
So when it returns it is possible that you might or might not like the New Enhanced "tigermachine" for the Year 2011.​

Until you spend the money that Terry has or brought in the money through referrals I wouldn't hold your breath waiting on that email or call!!

that's going to be great for you, but i don't agree with your thread tittle. it's not what they do for their customers, it's what they did for you. i trust they have good customer service but it's not something that they do for many people. they needed a test mule and your car was it.

They have not done me wrong yet.
And I have years of doing Business with them.
Still No-Complaints at all from me.

I think you Hit it right on the Nose.
The money I seem to have.

I doubt that I have as much as what some people think.
I choose to spend what I have on my favorite thing, My-Bullitt.
We have no children so it allows me to do things that others cannot with Families.

I think I will like the New Look and changes.
And usually I never ask if anyone else likes what I do.
That way I get to skip all the (Negative-Comments).
But like most of us in this Hobby I would prefer that others do like what I change.

I did not sign any type of Release.
Not necessary as I have the confidence that even if something happened
we would get together and work it out.
If I did not feel like that the Bullitt would not have went back.
Especially without me the owner.

Yes the rear end does look good I agree.
The Gas Cap is also a matching piece.

I agree with you them or no other company in their right mind would jump up and do this for just anyone.
Spend enough Dollars with a Business and treat them with Respect and sometimes things do work out for you.
Brenspeed has done OK by me and I try to do the same in Return.

I think I have replied to this above already.
But Yes as far as Brenspeed or any other place of Business.
You have to have spent enough Dollars IMHO for something like this to take place.
But I will also say I think that is just really (Common-Sense).
And you ain't Jealous I bet at all.

So, what exactly are you getting out of this?

OK let me see if I can answer that in a truthful way with no bull-shit.
