I didn't see this topic anywhere on the first 4 pages here, which I thought was strange since I've seen it other places. Thought I'd share my newest addition. (see title)

I shot a really good one last night after getting in from the Texas Mile, but I'm sunburnt to all hell and was in pain, so I went to sleep. lol. I'll put it up when I get home from work.

YouTube - Short Walk Around with Jon Lund's 93 Race Tune and Ghost Cams

It "switches" between the two maps seamlessly, no hesitation or glitch or anything at all. Revs like stock except for one thing...it drives like a bat out of hell. Seriously, the thing is stupid fast now.

My brother has a gutted WS6 that is putting out about 427rwhp, and when I got my car initially we raced and he left me at the line, and kept pulling like I was not even trying, really... it was sad. Now, we take off and his rear bumper launches to my front bumper and I stay right there with him all the way to 125mph or so, then we backed off.

So, from my ass-dyno, and what my brother's car used to do to mine, I'd say it's not just faster, but shit-tons faster. We'll see what the dyno say's later this week.

Now, I have stock exhaust with Corsa Ultimate Touring axle backs. This tune changed the sound of them rolling as well as idling to sound crazy awesome IMHO, but every exhaust setup is different sounding with this tune. I think it would be awesome for everyone to put up their ghost cammed tune with exhaust specs so we can hear all the different combinations out there right now. Interested in seeing what this sounds like with an offroad X, or some long tubes. :)

Sounds really cool. Maybe a dumb question, but could that "cammed tune" damage the motor in any way?

No it wont do any damage to the valvetrain, but from what I've seen and read its just for sound and you will see no performance gains.

No performance gains from the ghost cam sound, but a crapload of gains from the 93 tune man.

Yes it's the Boss street version, not the Laguna Seca version.

If I was spending the coin I would personally go for just the tune, like you said the gains on just the tune have been very solid with these 5.0s....I'll take performance over sound any day. :thumb2:

Hit the dyno with and without the tune loaded to see what it really is doing.

Uh, it is the performance 93 tune with added bonus.

I guess I'll hit them up on Tuesday to throw a dyno sheet on here and make it tech.

Mods, please don't move as supporting tech will be provided.

My initial post was premature at best.

Sounds good, the things you can do lol
I've read they advance one cam and retard the other for this sound, then when you hit the pedal everything goes back to normal.

I just loaded my tune and it sounds and drives awesome. I am a track guy so next week I will report track numbers with and without the tune.

Since my car is an auto Jon said it was a bit more tricky, however it drives like stock the very second you touch the gas pedal.

Whats the best way to get in touch with Jon regarding this tune? Did you just email them through the site? (lundracing?)

also interested in where u order the tune?
Lundracing, evo, lethal???
their all the same tunes arent they??
Also the EVO guy told me that once u get his tune u wont need updates when u add parts because the car will always run on the target a/f..or somthing like that.

Jon is currently selling this tune through Lund Racing. Email him is you are interested.

With Jons tune, if you get an intake and tune, you wont need a re-tune by adding just headers, cat delets, x-pipe, and catback or mufflers. The only time youll need a retune is either going above those simple bolt ons, like cams, boss manifold, etc, or change to a different companies intake. th rear o2's are tuned off as well as cat over temp protection. the car has an adaptive ECU and the front 2 o2's are factory widebands. basically, it is always seeking the perfect AFR under regualr driving conditions. then when you're racing, its all in the tune from Jon that wakes it up.
