i vouch for jerseyshovel too....best thing is to get it all in writing, maybe even fly here, pay a visit to his town's pd, and have them go to his home and arrest him....as much as you may want to beat the daylights out of him....seeing him pay for it that way will guarantee you from getting in trouble with local pd Just watching for oyu.
