If you are going to spend all the money to up the horsepower on your car, what's the point of nickel and diming to run 87? You'll see more power gains tuning for 91/93 than 87 anyway.
...and to answer your question, I run 93 here in FL.
Baseline pull was 294/290. Added UDPs, heads, cams, and LTs got 393/334 ... so I gained +99/44 to the tires. Revving to 6800rpm.

It came with a new slave. I would ass.ume the shop would put it in. Can I bleed the line from my garage or do I have to wait til Monday to bring it back to the shop?
