I'll let some of our customers answer with their HP gains, but we typically see around 40-45 rwhp and 25-30 rwtq gains with our stage 1's with longtubes.

Look to my signature for the numbers. Running 90mm CAI, FRPP intake manifold and CJ TB, BBR stage 1 cams, BBK LTs, Steeda UDPs, and FRPP CNC heads.

I have never had my car on a dyno, but I will say that I noticed a very solid gain in power after I installed the bbr stage 1's. Not only was the power gains nice, but they sound great as well.

Sigh, still 6+ Months before the car comes out of storage and I harass Steve for some BBR stage 1's. Need a fast forward button from Staples or something.

are you all running 91 gas?

with bbr stage 1, frpp intake manifold, and frpp cnc heads, would it be possible to run 87?

I don't see why not, but even though the premium gas price is intimidating, it only comes down to around 2-4 bucks a tank.

As far as I know the only time you need to run higher octane fuel is when you up the compression, up the boost, or advance the timing.

If you are going to spend all the money to up the horsepower on your car, what's the point of nickel and diming to run 87? You'll see more power gains tuning for 91/93 than 87 anyway.

...and to answer your question, I run 93 here in FL.
