Been trying to track down the problem for a while now. Driver side sub has a mind of its own. I've taken the door apart and checked all connections. Put a new HU in with one of those fancy crurchfield adapters.

Update. Pretty sure its what you guys suggested that the fluid is too thick. Once tranny is fully warm there isn't any grinding. Its just when it's cold.

It's not really blocking shifts now. It's just lightly grinding going into gear. Clutch acts fine. When it grinds, by the time you realising it's grinding it's already in gear. It's not like to forcing it out. The original problem with first 3 gears were fixed with new fluid. But it's just...
I was actually having issues with 1st through 3rd that's why I had fluid replaced. 1 2 3 were all binding up and locking me out of gears. The new fluid fixed that. Just makes 4th and 5th act funny now

Thanks man. Off hand do you know how pricy that clutch line would be to have a shop replace? I don't have a vacuum system to bleed the air out
