    I did not open the box just took it out of the car and cleaned the visible corrosion on the pins and connectors

    This is the fuse box behind the passenger side kick panel inside the vehicle. Mine is bad, no more gauge cluster display or OBDll readings as well as lighting issues. Not sure if theres a difference but mine is a coupe not convertible and a manual transmission. Let me know here, thanks!

    I believe the intercooler mounts to the supercharger itself on the inside not the manifold but i cant seem to find any pictures of one so im not entirely sure. It has the coolant passages for an intercooler so im pretty certain one could he added if i can get one

    Update! Took the car to ford for a diag and they told me everything checked out and looked good and they summed it up to be bad fuel. Now i have refueled since the new engine was in but didnt let it go empty before so i suppose its possible that some of that bad fuel was still making its way...

    Yes, i bought them straight from ford performance. Didnt want to run into that mistake and get stuck in a loop of troubleshooting more than i already am lol. Plus i heard the oem ones are fine even for performance builds. I also did a kam reset after the install and that didnt change anything.

I sent the ecu to a shop a month or so ago. They tested, said it was faulty and told me they fixed it but that changed nothing as well...

    The shop told me that there is a difference in the engines from 05-07 and 08-09 in regards to the crank sprocket and tune.     I have the sct-x3 and it wouldnt allow me to do it. I also have the mpv3 hp tuner and it wouldnt allow me to do it there either. I took it to a speed shop in the area and they tried but couldnt do it on any of there scanners either.
