Ive done the basics and tryed new bulbs and swapping the housings around. Neither were the issue, so i followed the wires back to the wired connector down under the passenger kick panel and noticed some minor corrosion on it. Ive tried my best to clean the connection using a electric spray cleaner and pushing wires through each pinhole multiple times. I also have a issue with my cluster lights not always coming on when i turn on my headlights like they should. Dont know if that could be related. And not sure if anybodys experienced this and would have any ideas of what i should try next, thanks!

Have you checked the voltage at the lamps? Sounds like you're on the right track though, a poor connection could be reducing the voltage when under load. Chances are that the SJB itself also has corrosion on some of the pins. It's not too hard to remove and clean up the pins and connectors.
