steeda used to make 'economy' delete plates, which is what the OP has posted above. Your pic shows the newer billet aluminum pieces currently offered by steeda ('09 and up had the delete plugs).

Also, I was referring to the fact that 09 owners could buy 05-08 manifolds to run these delete plates. I appreciate the concern, however these are steeda and 09 owners can use them with different manifolds. Thanks
