05-09 Procharger pulley question

Just started doing my install,until my back decided to giveout,a full 10 minutes in...lol.My pulley is stamped 3.70,i have the standard HO kit with the D1SC and helical upgrades.Is that the standard pulley? and what kind of boost does that make?Have a wastegate setup for 7psi as well,just wondering how fast i will get there

I had a 3.70 pulley on a P-1SC-1 and it made about 12-13 lbs. Not sure what that would do on a D-1SC-1 though.

I wouldn't worry but you could use a bigger pulley to take some stress off the gears. I'm running a 4.00 with the wastegate dumping at 7.5psi. It is always dumping with that pulley

3.400 here with a D1SC. Just got some belt slip issues sorted out with the help of 05 Stroker.

Making 16 PSI at 6400 RPM

you will get to 7.5 pretty damn quick

Bringing a dead one back,it made 18# at 5600.....ouch.Making my wastegate set-up now,didnt think it would make that much boost.Im gonna gate it for 10-11,i tested the wastegate with a pump thats about where it lands.
