Looking for 2 good tires for the rear. Something meaty... lol.

What do you suggest? Like 305-40-18's? Or??

Thanks!

AM recommended size is 255-45-18 and 275-40-18

Anyone have some tires they want to sell?? Used is ok. :)

OR does anyone know of a good place to buy they cheap online?

Thanks!

Just bought a set off of Brain (Procharged06).305/40/18 out back and 275/40/18 up front.

Ill be putting them on my 18" Black Chrome FR500s this weekend. I will post a thread in the Picture/Video section.

with the 295 (if thats what you decide) you dont NEED an adjustable panhard bar. recommended yes, but NEED no i've had mine on for a while now with no issues at all.

With the 305/40/18 you don't NEED the adjustable phb, but on mine the driver side tire stuck out further on the driver side. Nobody else noticed it until it was pointed out.

Are you just going for looks or are you more interested in traction ?

Looks yes... traction would also be nice but I am not looking for slicks or anything. My car is driven daily around town and to work..

I have been looking online but new tires this size are pretty high. Can you get 2 for less than $200 new?? lol.. I may just go to a few tire shops around town when my wheels come in and just see what they have.
I will just write down a list of sizes you guys recommended and tell them.

You only need the adjustable pan-hard bar when you lower your car, When you lower your ride it slides the rear end over towards the drivers side, So with the adj pan-hard bar you can pull it back over to even the wheels out with the fender wells, I have 335's on my wife's car with 18x12's and no rubbing! As long as the backspacing is right you can fit some steam rollers under these cars
