2005 gt premium alarm system issues

2005 gt premium. checked smart junction box for oxidation, -complete

deep charge battery -complete

horn sounds "after" battery disconnection for a few minutes, positive only

was working sporadically-----
replaced all pertinent fuses in smart junction box-----

looking for possible short in aftermarket ford labeled alarm brain.
if found under dash or rear left trunk I will disconnect?

What are the issues experienced?

intermittent start. tried the open/close door but did manage to reset the alarm with 7 times ignition on/off routine. Checked all fuses, changed out afew, older. Maybe new SJB ? Alarm is not alloqing me to start consistently.
