Gone! 2005 Sonic Blue GT low miles - $14,000
Mustang is GONE! Traded in at a local dealer.
2005 Sonic Blue Mustang GT Premium, 5 speed manual
$14,000 firm. Located in Ames, IA.
Would also consider trades for nice 87-93 GT + cash.
Car in excellent shape with around 26,000 miles. Enthusiast owned mostly weekend-only driver. Not beaten on or abused. Only modifications are a Roush appearance package, including the Roush hood scoop and quarter window louvers, installed as a dealer package by Dewey Ford, and axle back exhaust replaced with Ford Racing Performance Product "GTA" mufflers - the same used on the Shelby GT. These have a deeper, smooth, mellow tone than the stock exhaust. I still have the original exhaust in box that will go with car if buyer would like them. The wheels have been upgraded to 2007-2009 factory GT polished 18" bullit wheels.
I sought high and low to find a Mustang in this great of condition in Sonic Blue when I purchased it from Dewey Ford in Ankeny, IA about 2 1/2 years ago. It was purchased as a Ford Certified Pre-Owned vehicle, which includes an extension of the factory Power Train warranty to 72 months or 100,000 miles. The remainder of the 72 month extension expires on 5/18/2011.
Options include:
- 5 speed manual transmission
- Two tone leather seats (tan/charcoal)
- Interior upgrade package including upgraded gauge pack and MyColor customizable gauge colors
- Shaker 500 6 disc CD/MP3 sound system
- Dual front and side impact airbag upgrade
- Power driver's seat
The vehicle has some small nicks and marks on the body consistent with a vehicle of its age that has been garaged but driven. It isn't a show quality car, but a motivated buyer with some high quality wax could likely change that. Leather is in good shape, there is a small mark on the passenger's seat that may come out with an application of leather conditioner.
Kelley Blue Book suggests $17,960 in excellent condition, $17,060 in good condition. My price is $14,500. Please PM/email me with any questions or to set up a time to come see it. I will gladly provide my phone number to a perspective buyer, I prefer to not post it to the world here
