Yes sir. They will work from 05-10. Same heads just the spark plug threads changed in 07 some time and the amount of valve cover bolts. But yea they interchange

IIRC the valve covers changed in 07 but can be used on both. The head changed in mid 08 to the new style plugs/boots. The cops can be reused however the boots should be changed for like $50. Obviously the plugs will also need to be changed if using the different style heads
