2009 Convertible Quarter Window Actuator work on a 2005

I've read there are some "minor" differences, but does anyone know if a 2009 rear window actuator will work on a 2005? I have a 2009 actuator and motor (will need to transfer the glass itself).

To anyone reading this in the future. It does work. (Motor and regulator from donor 2009 worked in a 2005)

Makes sense 05-09 are virtually the same.

Replaced a '05 convertible passenger side rear window activator in Feb. '25. Great luck finding parts at LKQ.

For some reason I had a convertible window switch panel in my coupe. I turned the rear window switch into my trunk release.
