I'm sure this has been discussed so much but figured I'd get you guy's thoughts.

The car has 167k miles on it. It has a Exedy Mach 500 clutch in it.

It's hard to shift when moving. If I'm sitting still, it will shift in and out of gear pretty easily, but when moving and trying to change gears it's like hitting a wall on each gear. If you hold constant force on it it'll eventually go into the desired gear. It's not undrivable, but it's really annoying.

Clutch not fully disengaging or worse?

Yeah it does sound like the clutch isn't fully disengaging when you depress the pedal. To confirm that, you'll need to have the car on a lift with one person sitting in the driver's seat and another looking through the bell housing inspection hole. A borescope could also be inserted into the same hole to get a better view of the clutch action.
Many aftermarket clutch kits require a shim to be inserted behind the slave cylinder so it can extend far enough to apply sufficient pressure to the pressure plate fingers. If yours wasn't shimmed, it might need one.

This would be the suggested first step. Look at the Master under the dash and verify there are no visual leaks. Try bleeding to see if it gets better.

I will get the car on the lift, hopefully this weekend to check this. I'll also inspect the master cylinder. I think I have replaced it in the past, but I can't remember.

It would be such a quality of life improvement to get this fixed! I am planning to drive the car on a vacation to Florida in about 3 weeks, so hopefully I can get it resolved.

Thanks.

My wife and I are trying to visit as many national parks as we can. So the main purpose of the trip is to visit the 3 national parks in Florida, but we'll also get a day at Disneyworld, and a day at the Kennedy space center.

We'll be driving from South Carolina to Tampa, then Key West, then come back on the East Coast and hit Miami and Orlando.

This will be my first time going to Florida.

I would usually do this but banged up a finger pretty bad playing softball. Out for 4-6 weeks.
