A dual 2.75" exhaust system will support up to 600 crank hp, while a dual 3" system is good for up to 700 crank hp. Unless your engine's making over 600hp, 2.75" pipes are big enough.

Haha, well, it's a 408w swapped, twin turbo making 1000, with downpipes through some resonators dumping under car. Was just entertaining the thought of running full exhaust, but will need 3 all the way out the back.
