Sounds good, hopefully I get mine tomorrow. I'll post some pics after install.

Boo, mine is on. The quality was awesome but the fitment was just a tad bit off. I'll post some pics when I get time but overall I'm happy with it. I don't think I'll ever have a problem with leaking or breaking.

Thanks, if the fitment is not going to be to your liking or something is indeed off with the alignment of the pipe let me know and we can get it taken care of, look foward to the pics.

Hopefully the pics show up. I didn't take great pics but ill try to explain the best I can. The piping pointing to the rear was off. The small pipe on the passenger side was about a half inch longer and pointing upwards about a half inch more. This resulted in me not being able to clamp the two pipes together fully. Ill also have to cut about a half inch on the over axle pipe so my tail pipes aren't hanging out so much.
I don't know if this is something that should bother me or am I just being nit picky? The quality is the best I've ordered as far as midpipes go its just the fitment was off enough to bother me.

For best fitment you are going to have to undo the clamps at the muffler as well and have all the clamps and xpipe to headers bolts loose. This is key to getting th best fitment, once eveything is loose get the mufflers where you want them first and then just barely snug the clamps to the overaxle pipes there, then move to the overaxle pipes to the xpipe connections and get that where you want it and lightly snug the clamps there once everythig is in place where you want it then go back and tigten all the clamps rest of the way evenly as well as the xpipe to header bolts. This will get the best fitment. Im pretty sure the jig is designed to have the one side(passenger) ooposite of the 2 piece adjustment section on the x-pipe a bit longer on purpose to compensate for the adjustment slip fitting, as you can see in the picture below, but I will double check that. Give this method a shot Jason and if you dont get the fitment to your liking let me know, I want you to be completely happy with it, thanks!

Its actually quieter than my h-pipe but has a slightly higher pitch. I like it though and so does everyone else who hears it. Ill take a video today if I get home soon.

Give Godrizza a shout and see what he did, he has his mufflers adjusted dead even (although they are aftermarket). The xpipe itself is built in a jig and that slightly longer and angled up pipe on the passenger side is supposed to be like that(I will double check though), like I mentioned the only install I have personaly seen is on the turbo kit setup since I dont have me one of those fancy 5.0's lol

I got it on, fitment was spot on. You DO NEED new hardware nuts and bolts the hook the headers to the xpipe. They are studs on the original and 2 of them won't come out due to not being able to clear the cat. Rear clamps work just fine. I put a clamp on mine where it's two pieces and meets just for a piece of mind that it won't leak there. It does seem like it hangs down a bit more than the original but honestly don't know how much the original hung down so maybe it doesnt but looks like it does to me.

I honestly didn't do anything fancy on my fitment. Took original out and slid new in. I didn't loosen muffler to over axle pipes at all. It actually straightened out my muffler tips some and made them stick out a little bit more which is what I wanted. It just straightened mine by accident and I didn't have to really do anything.

Nice! You do have the gt500 mufflers though, not jure what Jason has. You got new bolts and nuts for the headers though right?

I have the bassani race axles. Were all your pipes even or any sticking higher than the other?

Not now. Before xpipe my right side went to the left side of the car more. Now they stick out a little bit more which I like and they are completely centered

I was talking about the x pipe itself. Did the smaller pipes that point towards the rear uneven or did one point higher than the other?
