Wow this thread has been interesting. I read through it all just now and i had been following Evo on facebook and had no idea JPC was also in the 10s. Congrats to both shops for doing it so quick.
As for the argument thats been going on, well i feel it is just plain out stupid. Dude over @ WMS or w/e stirred up everything for no reason.
I really like that Evo and JPC have a aggressive, friendly competition going on.. Hell it makes things so interesting!! It sure would draw me to the stands to watch them battle it out.
As for someone earlier in the thread making the comment trash talking Evo saying they are just trying to lie to their customers to gain business- well i do not feel that is the case at all. Both shops i have seen do amazing work, and hell- if i lived near either of them i would be going there in the future when i get a bit older and have real money to play with. I saw Evo @ NMRA in bradenton florida a while back and they were laying down some impressive runs in their 05-10 S197s.. Talked to a guy(can't remember honestly, sry) that worked there and he was showing off the new KB that was liquid cooled and what not.
I will be subscribing to this thread, i want to see where it goes- who makes what moves next and who hits 9s soon. To clarify everything, when one of the shops here makes a new PB run, i think they should list EVERY little detail about the car.
