By now I am sure you all know there is a new facelift coming for the 2013 Mustang. We released a couple of pictures and the official Ford Mustang commercial a couple weeks ago on our social media outlets; however, some of the aftermarket companies like Roush have been pretty tight lipped about their redesigns. The guys over at StangTV.com released some renderings of what the new 2013 Roush RS3 should look like.
From the looks of the renderings, it appears Roush has changed up the front fascia, hood and exhaust tips. The front fascia looks very aggressive and open; while the hood scoop looks like the 2010-2012 Ford hood scoop option. The new exhaust tips look like they took some of its looks from the new 2013 Shelby GT500 quad exhaust tips. Looks aren’t the only things getting an upgrade; horsepower and torque are getting a boost in the RS3 model. They are u from 540hp/465ft-lbs to 565hp/505ft-lbs. These are nice numbers for a car with warranty. I think the real question will be - where will the price of the Roush RS3 be when compared to the 2013 Shelby GT500 with its new 5.8L 650hp power plant.
