Route 66 has treated me very well the past few years.

I make the finals 3 years in a row in the Super Stang category, and won the last 2.

In addition Team NMRA took down Team NMCA for a Super Bowl ring each of the last 2 years.

Was definitely some good racing going on this weekend.

We finished up the blower on the red car last week, and I wanted to bring the wife and kids again, so I made the 5 hour drive in the car loaded up with the wife, kids, and the trunk packed with all our gear.

Very hot this weekend and for the first trip out, Lund dialed the car way safe for the long trip and first outing. Car ran 11.0's regular staged, and we opted for to deep stage and dial an 11.18 for the weekend.

Definitely had some luck on my side again this year. I'd rather be lucky than good any day, lol.

Once we get back, we'll start leaning on Dorothy a little bit and finding what she likes.

It's nice that they changed the coloring up for this year.

A big shoutout to all of the people that keep the car rocking as well.

Brian at our installation center at Finish Line Performance (he won mean street NMCA as well and brought home a Wally, set the National Record as well). Also Brandon, the shop Foreman!

BES Racing Engines, BMR Suspension, Dynojet Racing, Exedy Racing Clutches, Ford Racing, GCI Digital Graphics, JPC Racing, Lund Racing, Modular Mustang Racing (MMR), Nitrous Outlet, Race Star Wheels, Stainless Works Exhaust, Team Z Motorsports, UPR Products, Vortech Superchargers.

A big thanks to my wife Jennifer for putting up with 2 young girls in the heat all weekend as well, i'm starting to think they might be my lucky charms. Only 2 races they have been too, I've taken home a win!!!

Such a great team, and I'm thankful to have so many good supporters out there. Couldn't do it without the team!

Congratulations man! That is pretty sweet and I'm sure its great to have the family there to support you. Btw, did you use to go to the test and tunes at edgewater (in cincy)? I could have sworn I saw your car there a few times when I use to go regularly a year or 2 ago.

You have raced enough that bringing in another win isn't surprising. But it is VERY impressive jumping to a slower car and winning the first time out. Anyone that races knows how difficult that is.

Congrats!!
