6r80 INTO 06 GT Final setup questions

Looking at final prep to purchase a 6r80 to swap in for a 5r on its last legs. Im looking to do the deep pan and lipstick. Wondering about the LMR cross member package and whether it fits with the deeper pan? (Before purchase)

Also, what gear/stall speeds has anyone had successfully running with a SC? From what I gather, the 6r needs a lower rear gear (3.31).

Any advice from real world attempts please.

Don’t bother with a deep pan, it’s not needed and ground clearance becomes an issue.

Use a stock crossmember from an 11-14 gt with a 6r80, it bolts right in.
