Again, way overthinking it.
Evacuate system. Blower on high, idle it around 1200 rpms, and start adding adding refrigerant. Stop when you feel the evaporator discharge line (the larger one) get cold. Job done.
I'm German, that way of working is not acceptable

Don't go there, you guys build Marque cars but not reliable compared to the price:Big Laugh:
What do you mean?....my $500 74 Opel Manta was one of the most reliable (75k miles on top of the 154k it had when I bought it), most fun cars I've ever had!
I couldnt beat that with a 97 Mazda Protege (I know...Japanese, not German, but they did have an alliance at one point....). Free with 155k and drive it to 285k. Did more repairs to that than the Manta.

All tongue-in-cheek.....sort of.

Not the classics, I meant more modern Diesel stuff with the euro class emission bolt on crap that costs thousands to fix when it fails, The reason I would only buy a petrol or hybrid for a family car now.

Euro 7 from November on is a total nightmare. They record the fuel consumption every second, that means they can tax you when you enter a city. "You emitted 200 g of CO2 in our city, that makes 20€ of carbon tax...."
There is a camera watching your eyes where you looking at, how often you blink, if you are drunk or tired. If you wear dark sunglasses they put the car in limp mode. Total surveillance.
