Ac/heater noise

I've noticed that there is a loud clicking noise in my dash when switching between different vent settings, like a plastic gear is slipping. Any ideas where the most likely source of this noise is and how I should go about fixing it?

Sounds like a blend door actuator. When you switch from defrost to vents do all the vents work or do certain ones not work?
