I have a 2012 v6 mustang. I am
Having trouble diagnosing what issue I’m having is. I currently can’t change the temperature of the air coming out of the HVAC system. I’m able to change where the air is coming out of fine(defrost, face, floor) but can’t change the temperature. Also turning on AC / Max AC doesn’t change the temperate.

I have tried resetting the system various ways included turning the car on for 10 seconds the off 3 times; unplugging the battery for 10-15 minutes; clicking both power and defrost button at the same time then the power button immediately after; and pulling the fuses for a few minutes. I also bought a new blend door actuator. None of this fixed it.

I can’t find any other solutions online. Please help

Don't know this engine, but have you checked if the A/C compressor clutch is working and if you have enough pressure on the A/C system?
If the pressure is too low, the clutch will not engage.

Have you verified that the blend door is working? That is what changes temps. See if you can change heater temperature to check it. If that does not change your blend door is not moving. It may not be getting power. I think it is plugged into the body control module in the right kick panel so I would look in there and check for corrosion or wire damage.
