I thought about an auto for a long time, just couldn't bring myself to do it. I would really like to slap on a KB, and be done with it.

I know! I love banging gears too! Given the reliability of the new manual, and the level that you need to be in any competitive Open Comp style racing class, it's an easy choice for me. I'm torn between the Whipple and a Procharger. I love the looks of both and the power they produce...........getting a great deal on either helps too! LOL!

I just need to get it done and send out Sponsorship proposals for next season! I'm friggin ready to get back to racing hot, heavy and hard!

I know what you mean. After seeing all the cars laying down serious numbers with stock engines, it pretty much comes down to the $$$$.

Hell our VP made almost 600 rwhp with a little nitrous.

Awesome man

Thanks.

Me to I had the same decision to make. I drove both and to me the auto blew the stick out the water. It was a no brainer for me. Ford really did their home work on the new auto. This is the only auto I have ever owned in a mustang lol.....and im glad I got one. What I have in store for this car the stick wouldn't have lasted....

Congrats on the new Stang man!! I know what you mean about being too busy to drive it. My car is filthy, but I've been too busy with moving and then cruising the beaches to even clean her up!

I have already installed the sportlines. I have a set of brembos, JHR shifter, roush grille, full exhaust, silver RTR's, JLT CAI and the list goes on and on. Most of everything I already have. I have been stocking parts for this thing for a few weeks now.

I still hate the ass ends of these cars though. When I get in it a turn the key, all that goes away. I ordered it with spoiler, and stripe delete. I will keep it as simple as I can on the outside. All my money will going into the engine and suspension of this car.
