Assuming I am installing aftermarket rails and a return system, does it matter where the FPR goes in the setup? My plan is to install it after the rails on the return side, not before the rails. Any issues with this idea?
My reasoning is this - if the FPR is installed before the rails and something goes bonkers with the FPR, the engine can run lean. If it's installed after the rails and something goes wrong, the rails get fuel from the pump no matter what.
