Air distribution damper motor

I am only getting AC out of my dash vents. Pulled HVAC codes and got these.

B1086:00 Air Distribution Motor
B1086:00-0A Air Distribution Damper Motor

None of the actuators click or pop when trying to change mode. When I look that part up online, it says it's the mode door actuator usually located on drivers side. But I thought all the actuators were on the passenger side of the s197?

I believe there are a total of four.

everything I see online for that part references 05-09 only. I'll take a look though and see if it's there.

2010+ HVAC is different. There is no drivers side actuator unless you had dual climate control/nav. There's only the 3 actuators on the passenger side. None of the actuators on my car have the little arm mechanism. I changed the actuator that is labeled as - Main (Front Climate Controls); Floor Mode; Mode . I still only get air from the dash vents.
