**Airaid intake**

Well just recently went with a JLT so my airaid is up for sale. Bought it brand new when I bought my car which was roughly a year ago. Did not drive it once in the winter and only drive it once every couple weeks so i would say it has roughly 4-6k miles on it.
Some information for those that dont know
Same as roush intake
Allows you to not have to get a tune
Can remove the insert and get a tune, (would only recommend that if you have headers/gt500 TB/intake, but I tuned it with just Mac Boomtubes and O/R H and dynoed at 295whp and 317wtq.
Cleaned the filter before winter so it doesnt need one for awhile.
Comes with heat shield
Do not have install instructions but they are available on the site.

Went with the jlt because I wanted an intake that required a tune for a little bit higher gains. I bought the airaid because it was able to be ran without a tune and at the time I did not have my SCT. I really just wanted to change it up.

If you remove the insert in the airaid it has the largest MAF opening of any CAI out there...would need a tune for sure then.

Thanks for the info, its a great intake and best of all doesnt require a tune. But in our cases i definitely made full potential with a dyno tune

then this statement doesnt make sense at all..which is why i said should have kept the airaid and got a tune. clearly here it says u didnt have ur sct

and yea u must not have changed the opening paragraph today at 2:51 p.m. to say that about a tune then right..

either way whoever buys the airaid will be very happy with or without a tune..bump

Let me rephrase my statement, i wanted an intake designed strictly for tuning thats why i bought the jlt.
i didnt have an sct when i bought my airaid and thats why i chose it. I got an sct got a dyno tune with an O/R H and axlebacks and made 295/317.

and i edited my post for the price and yes i thought i made it clear that i had it tuned but after reading it i can see where it was a little vague so i added to the word tune.

and i agree i love my airaid just wanted to go with something different.
