My 06 has the Airlift Digital package on it. Right after I bought it one of the front lines got on the exhaust at the rear end where it comes out of the trunk. It melted a pin hole in the line. I had to bump the button every 20 seconds just to get home. I am worried that one of these days I will need a roll back to get me home. Not to mention the fact that the inner fender well will get destroyed and maybe the tires would get cut. I have extra tubing and fittings in the trunk but I was thinking I would see what others came up with for an "emergency pack" just in case. Has anyone figured out how to set their bump stops so that they would stop the car in the lowest position but still be able to drive in an "emergency situation"?

They make push together unions for air lines of all sizes. They won't leak, its considered a permanent repair on a big rig.

yea should get some spare PTC unions, extra air line, and an air line cutter if you need to replace a longer section.

I have the push-lock unions and I have some unions with the ferrules for the big rig brake lines and enough extra plastic line to reach from the trunk to the front. But the car would be so low that i couldn't get under it to repair anything. My rear tires are too wide to tuck under the fenders so I worry about driving down the road at 65 mph and say a line blew out. It would probably shred the tire before i could stop. So I thought about setting the rear bump stops where they would catch it just before it touched the tire. How about the front? Aren't they in the original strut? So the new air shocks on the front don't have any on them. Do they?
