Amazon tune

I must be a tune whore of some sort but I just installed Amazon's tune. I took the car for a quick trip around the block and my initial impression is this tune pulls very hard. I am very impressed. But I am wondering if this is a placebo effect as each time I load a new tune I am impressed. This Saturday I am taking the car to the 1/8 mile strip. I guess I will see.

And the funny thing is that I have a diablo. There are a few threads where someone ask who tunes for that handheld.

All "race" tunes... vmp, tillman, AM, BBR, bama

They all feel a bit different but the track tells the story, I've run all of them down the 1/4.

Yep, I have about 10 tunes saved on my computer, and going friday for another one.

But with current car setup only 2 tunes are usable at the moment.

I have tried comparing tunes at the track and there is no clear cut winner. My brooksspped tune and Am/Bama race tune are within a couple of thousandths of each other. Driver has a bigger factor. It will be interesting to see if I hit a new P.B with the Amazon tune. I will factor D/A into the equation.

Posted the 1/8 mile results in the drag section. I only got two good runs in with the Amazon tune but so far, my dyno tune still gave me the best times.

your tune from us is a preliminary tune.. for us to dial it in we will need datalogs and AF readings..Rick has to know how the vehicle is responding before he can fine tune it for you..did you datalog your track runs?

No datalogging yet. But I will try and bring it to my friends dyno for a few pulls.
