Another newb question

was just wondering if you good folks could clue me in on what spark plugs i have in my 09-GT, the old ones that break or the new fully threaded style. thanks for putting up with the new guy.

you have the newer style, the transition was in mid 08 or 07 cant remember

Mid 08 was the change. Engines with late style 12mm spark plugs can be identified by coil engineering number 8L3E. Engines with early style 16mm "High Thread" design spark plugs can be identified by coil engineering 3L3E part number.

ok one more question and i'll let this post die a slow painful death.

i just checked my cop and i have 8L3E, so i should be able to pull the plugs without fear of the plugs breaking, correct.
