I'm looking at going down to a 2.5 pulley for my set up. Just wondering if anyone here has run a pulley that small w/o belt slip being a problem.

Carbonite coating is an option to help with any belt slip, but it's pricey, and is harder on the belts.

I don't know of anyone running a pulley that small here. I'm on a 2.87" 6 rib pulley with no belt slip at all, with a 10% OD crank pulley.

How much boost will a T-trim put out with a 2.5" pulley? Gotta be close to 20 psi.

Anderson pulled about 22lbs out of a T-trim with a 2.75. No belt slip, and that was with the Vortech 8-rib and 10% OD CP.

I wanna say my pulley is 2.93? Its 2 something. Thats bad, I should know this stuff.....

Probably a 2.95. That's what I have, making 14lbs at 6600 with a 6-rib, T-trim. Actually, I should mention that my pulley is an 8-rib pulley, I'm just using it with a 6-rib belt.
