Just checking to see if any of ya'll have heard what's up with Bama, has the move been completed? Are any of ya'll getting your tunes sent to you? I have called and sent many emails, pm's and so on and so forth, still nada, no answer to my questions of a fix for my tune. I'm not bashing them I love the tuning that they do but I feel as if my request is falling on deaf ears. Below is the message I sent to Doug this moring, btw this has been going on since June 28th or so.
Doug you replied and said that the car had to be on a dyno for thoose shift
speeds listed below to occur on the Race tune. I was confused because I noticed
quite a few on the forums have had very similar shift schedules emailed to
them(thats were I got the idea?????) Can I atleast get the 4th to 5th gear
changed to 45 mph on the most current race tune that I was sent. The car bounces
from 4th to 5th at around 51 mph with the slighest touch of throttle or incline.
It will not stay in 5th unless the road is completely flat. If that cannot be
done can I get just the throttle response of the race tune put on my torque
tune(thats what I like most on the race tune)? I know ya'll are moving or have
just moved but I have heard nothing from anyone on the forums(I have sent pm's
to everyone on the websites) nor have I heard anything back from you since the
last email that I replied to over a week ago. Yet I see that reps from Bama
Chips are on the forums and people brag about getting a tune within 24 hours
after ordering them from ya'll. I just don't understand if it is
miscommunication on my part or if all my emails and pm's are slipping through
the cracks. I have sent messages to you, bama chips through the website, and
Matt, and Caleb; yet I check my email or the forums many times throughout the
day only to be dissapointed that I have no reply. This has been going on since
June 28th. I don't want to come off as sounding like an ass I just wanted to
let you know were I was coming from. Please let me know what can be done to fix
the issue at hand. Just incase you forgot the original message I sent everyone

This is Nick Hilliard I sent you a PM on the S197 forums and I replied to Dougs
email on the updated tune, I also sent out a PM on The mustang source forums. I
really like the last Race tune that was sent out, but I wanted to know if I can
get one more tweak on the Race tune for when my wife drives it. Could it be
named WifeRace and could you set it as follows
1st to 2nd at 15mph
2nd to 3rd at 25mph
3rd to 4th at 38mph
4th to 5th at 45mph
