Anyone else experienced problems with Roush or Roushperformance.com?

I've had a few problems recently (over the past 4 months or so). Just trying to find out if its just me or if other have had problems with ordering parts, warranty, and general customer service? Not here to bash anyone and if you ask my friends I am a HUGE fan of Roush. I could have, and want to now, bought that awesome kit from vmp but I want to keep my Roush as original as possible (sorry vmp). My future plans are to turn this into a trak pak, minus the spoiler, with the coil-overs and upgraded brakes but I'm starting to have doubts after these recent problems. Just upset and trying to vent...

I just bought the coldair for the M90 from Roush so I would need to have vmp make me a special kit (without the steeda cai) and a special tune to go with the Roush cai...Or could try and return the roush intake but i'm just worried about putting higher boost through my sc...
