Hello everyone,
I recently finished a timing rebuild on my 2005 Mustang GT, and after some diagnostics, I discovered that my PCM is bad and needs replacing. I actually knew about the PCM issue before starting the timing rebuild, but I decided to focus on the engine first, thinking it was a more urgent task, especially considering the car's mileage. A shop diagnosed the problem for me, checked the wiring to ensure nothing was damaged, and then checked the pins, confirming that the PCM was indeed the issue.
Now, I'm looking at Flagship One, Inc. for the PCM replacement, but since it's a fairly expensive repair, I want to make sure I'm making the right choice.
Has anyone here used Flagship One for a PCM replacement? How was your experience with them?
Thanks in advance for your feedback!

- Did the PCM work perfectly out of the box?
- Was the programming for your VIN accurate and hassle-free?
- Did you experience any issues after installation?
- Would you recommend them for this kind of repair?
