Auto Meter Fuel Pressure guage fail

Searched for fuel pressure guage fail and got nothing so Il ask anyway. My guage failed to work today after 2yrs of great operation. All wiring checks out. Has anyone had the electronic sender fail on them? Thanks

I've heard if you solid mount your remote sending unit they tend to fail.

Had an AM fuel pressure sender fail within 3 months after mounting it on the fuel rail on the 90* adapter. When I replaced it with the replacement from Autometer, I extended it by 24" with a -3AN hose.

Not a problem since.

thanks for the replys and link I didnt find. Turned out to be a dead battery. I killed the battery at Darlington thur night Mustang Week cooling the engine electric fans and water pump. It was charged back up but very weak I guess. Weird that everything else worked but the guage after I boosted the car off. Anyway, got a new battery and it works again! Strange! lol
