Average gains?

I recently installed 4.10 gears in my car and bought an sct x3 tuner from doug at bamachips. Other than that I just have a magnaflow catback and AEM intake. Has anyone run there car with similar mild mods before and after? I never got to run my car stock but am curious about what kind of 1/4 mile gains I would see. Thanks.

I won't have the tuner until this weekend but everyone seems to recommend him. So what kind of gains do you think I would get. On bamachips it says up to .5-.7 in the 1/4 but thats with an auto. Mine is a 5 speed. So whatcha think?

Were there more than one 5 speed available? It's an 06. I really wish a 6 speed would've been available. I would've sprung for it for sure.
