Bad rear end oil. Are bearings bad??

Check your lca bushings,mine felt the excact same way and the drivers side front bushing was split..

Took the rear apart today. The spider gears were super worn and rounded. Does this happen a lot and what can I install in its place so that this doesn't happen again?
