This is one thread I never want to be on. As some people know I will do what I can to make things right. :thumb:

If you do have a problem with me (SD Mustang Accessories) talk to me and we'll work things out. I have even taken a lost ($$) on some items I sold, but I never tell my customer's that.

I was just talking to my oldest son today about what the number one thing a business needs and that's "Customer Service".

Thanks All

This is awesome, my turn. Brenspeed, I know people around like them but be aware. I took my car to them about 1 year ago, and this is what happened. First, they were supposed to dynotune my car, instead they stuck a mail order tune in and ran it one time just to give me a sheet. Second, their tune caused predetenation which ruined my shortblock. Third, their tune had almost taken third gear out of my trans. Do not do business with brenspeed! They do not know how to tune a car.

Theres a difference in "tooning" a car and "tuning" a car. Most people with a manual and a laptop can "toon" a car but it takes a real pro with knowledge and experience to truly tune a car and understand how the parameters hes messing with will effect the car and its drive-ability. Just cause a tune makes more power then another doesnt mean its a better tune either. Some tuners are willing to run your car on the edge for those numbers while others take into account reliability and longevity.

Couldn't agree more, "tooners" are a dime a dozen. Ive been waiting on a tune update since before thanksgiving. I'm optimistic that based on the shops positive feedback that it will hopefully be right this time. I will say based on the customer service I have received from them I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Just making a suggestion; I really think there needs to be a minimum post count before listing in the classifieds. I know a few other forums have it, and it weeds out a lot of sleaze balls. Yeah, they may still go through the trouble of posting the minimum amount (say 50 posts) to have access to selling in the FS forum, but usually their "doushbaggery" (words according to Travis), will come out in a few posts and people will see what they're made of and it might prevent people from getting burned in the FS area.

It's seems like it's starting to run rampant as of late. Maybe it's just me.

^^I've thought that for a while as well.

Most of the other forums I am on require 50 post count at minimum to post in classifieds. A lot of times I see people on here posting in classifieds with 1 and 2 previous posts. Yes the majority of them can be legit but it's makes people a lot less likely to trust in buying from them.

Very true...I have seen the same thing on other forums where they have the min posts to post in the classfieds and they would go into every post and hit bump or TTT to get the post count up.

Agree'd, but at least the prospective buyer can go through the posts and make a little more informed decision about the seller. I know there have been a few guys that I was going to purchase parts from, until I went through and read some of their comments and decided to pass. Now maybe they were honest stand up guys; but a lot of how you deal with others says a lot about your character. JMTC.
